Beau & Bloom was born late at night at my kitchen table, once my children were finally asleep and the house had quietened. I’d sit there with a warm mug in my hands, the baby monitor beside me, surrounded by the gentle quiet of the house — and the lingering sense that motherhood, while magical, can also feel unbelievably chaotic.

When I became a mum, I was suddenly surrounded by so much stuff — nappies, wipes, creams, tiny socks that vanish into thin air. My once cosy home, the space I loved, felt overtaken by baby clutter. And every nappy caddy I came across was the same: grey felt, uninspiring, and scratchy… the opposite of what I wanted in my home.

I craved calm. Beauty. Whimsy. Something soft and gentle, yet actually practical.
Something that didn’t scream “baby clutter” the moment you walked into the room.

One day I ordered a pretty caddy — a beautifully styled one — hoping it would be the answer. But it was tiny, impractical, and couldn’t even fit a single pack of nappies. I remember holding it and thinking:

Why is it so hard to find something beautiful and functional? Why do mums have to choose?

So I created my own.
A nappy caddy that feels more like a piece of your home than a piece of baby equipment.

Soft organic fabric, beautiful prints, enough space for real life, and thoughtful details for mums who deserve things that make them feel grounded and organised.

Motherhood — especially my journey having a child with a disability — taught me to slow down, to celebrate the tiny things, to find joy in the small gentle moments, and to create spaces that feel warm, safe and cosy.

I learned that plans change, life shifts, and sometimes the unexpected becomes the most beautiful part of your story. I learned that a home doesn’t have to be perfect to feel like a sanctuary — it just needs a little softness, a little intention, and things that make daily life feel easier.

And I learned about community — the kind that holds you, welcomes you, understands you without words.
That’s why a portion of every sale is donated to the Down’s Syndrome Association.

Because this brand is built from the love, strength and connection I found in that community, and I want to give something meaningful back.
